🎓 Linköpings university
👋 Senior Consultant
When I first encountered Knowit as an industrial engineering student in Linköping, I was immediately struck by the inclusive and easygoing nature of the people I spoke with. It was clear that Knowit fosters a supportive culture where people prioritize one another, genuinely enjoy their work, and make time for fun. Even before officially joining, I felt a strong sense of belonging and knew this was a place where I could thrive.
One of the things I appreciate most about Knowit is its collaborative, team-oriented approach. Throughout my time here, I’ve had the privilege of learning from exceptionally talented colleagues and working with teams whose members always support one another. The graduate program provided a strong foundation early in my career, and now, three years later, I’m still convinced that Knowit was the right place to begin my professional journey.
I’ve been fortunate to contribute to a wide range of impactful projects, ranging from sustainability strategies to financial crime prevention. The learning curve has been steep, and the opportunities for growth have been exceptional. As my experience has grown, so has the level of responsibility I’ve taken on—both in leading client deliveries and driving internal initiatives, such as advancing our AI capabilities.

🎓 International Business from the Stockholm School of Economics and CEMS
👋 Consultant
With a background in international business from the Stockholm School of Economics and CEMS, as well as previous experience in investment banking, financial markets, and investor relations, I joined Knowit with a strong interest in business development and helping organizations achieve their strategic goals.
What stood out to me when I joined the Graduate Program was the level of responsibility and client exposure I was given from the start. During my graduate year, I worked on projects ranging from developing an IT strategy to transforming a company’s business and pricing model. Early on, I was given ownership of tasks and opportunities to work closely with clients, participate in key discussions, and contribute directly to solving their challenges. This, combined with structured training and support from fellow graduates and program leaders, allowed me to learn quickly and develop my problem-solving skills.
At the same time, you’re never expected to have all the answers when starting out as a graduate. Knowit has a welcoming and supportive culture where colleagues are always willing to share their experience, discuss ideas, or help you work through a challenge. For me, the combination of early responsibility, client exposure, and strong support from the people around me has been one of the most valuable aspects of starting my career here.
